Delicious Wishes <3

Hello Guys and Gals!

As some of you may know… Every year Coco Fleur Events always reaches out and does our best to work with Dallas/Ft. Worth Make A Wish Foundation. About twice a year Make A Wish will come to us with a great idea and we usually will take that idea and turn it into something beautiful! Working with Make A Wish is our way of giving back and showing that not only do we love what we do but we love to give to the foundation and share our talent as well.

About a month ago we did a Charity Event with them and did around 50 Centerpieces! It was taking place in Ft. Worth at a beautiful venue “809 Vickory” The theme this year was
” Delicious Wishes ” and I’m not sure if you know much about the Foundation, but it’s a great one. It’s giving a child a chance to Make A Wish on something that child may never get to do. It’s for a great and wonderful cause.

With “Delicious Wishes” being the theme, they wanted to incorporate vegetables where they could through out our arrangements. We had Carrots, Lettuce, Kale, Sweet Potatoes, and tons more….It was such a cute theme and all the colors of the Floral were absolutely fabulous. As we like to say here at Coco Fleur “Flowers should always be two things~ Fabulous and Classy”.

Here are some great pictures to share with our viewers on the great floral for “Delicious Wishes” We had a great time working on it and Thank you for making us part of such a great and wonderful cause.

Vintage Love

By: Nichelle Ford

As the warm spring sun glistened upon every stretch of nature it kissed, there was one thing that was exceptionally certain: love was in the air. A love so pure and simplistic, nostalgic with honesty, a vintage love if you will, that it only seem fit that the couple shared their vows in a 1950s/1960s vintage inspired concept wedding.

Full of life and energy, the couple shared laughs and memories that the spirit of the ‘50s and ‘60s captivated. With vintage accessories, (even down to the vintage Silver Cloud Rolls Royce) this event was nothing short of a Norman Rockwell painting.

The venue was adorned with white hydrangea, yellow roses, and pops of green viburnum, completed with the touch of tiny crystal accents. Guests would also take home a piece of the past, as they received mason jars of refreshing sun tea, embraced with lemon, sugar cubes, and the message “May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face”; a quote that described the essence of this wedding to it’s very core.
Although the past is the past, the exceptional concept design work of Coco Fleur events, Timeless Images and Miranda Waite will pave the way for concept weddings of the future.
